Welcome to Compulsion to Serenity. I’m Andi, a registered counsellor with a background in nursing, dedicated to helping individuals break free from compulsive behaviors and self-sabotaging cycles. If you feel stuck—trapped by patterns that keep you from achieving your goals, whether in relationships, career, or personal growth—I’m here to help. My approach combines deep insight with practical strategies to help you regain self-trust, create lasting change, and build the life you know you're capable of.
I know firsthand the grip that compulsive behaviours, addiction, and unresolved trauma can have—because I’ve lived it. I understand what it’s like to feel stuck in cycles of shame, frustration, and disconnection, knowing deep down that life could be different but struggling to break free. My own journey through healing and self-discovery fuels my passion for helping others reclaim control, rebuild trust in themselves, and create meaningful, fulfilling relationships.
With a background in nursing, behaviour science, and counseling, I take a holistic approach to coaching—understanding that compulsive behaviours aren’t just about willpower but about unmet emotional needs, nervous system regulation, and learned coping patterns. I specialise in helping individuals who feel trapped in destructive cycles—whether it's compulsive porn use, gaming, emotional eating, or other behaviours that are holding them back. My approach is both empathetic and practical, guiding you towards real, sustainable change so you can finally step into the life and relationships you deserve.
I believe that our deepest wounds come from relationships—but so does our greatest capacity for healing. Hurt people hurt people, but healing people create connection, trust, and lasting change. My approach is rooted in the belief that while the past shapes us, it does not have to define us. Acknowledging and understanding past experiences is important, but true transformation happens when we shift our focus to the future.

My work is not about dwelling on what’s broken but about discovering what’s possible.
